10.2–10.3 Linked websites have their own separate Privacy Policies. We do not control linked websites and are not responsible for their content or security measures.

Opt-out and Withdraw Consent:

• 11.1.1 To modify email subscription, please notify Customer Service.
• 11.1.2 Consumers can withdraw consent for collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data by notifying Customer Service as per section 15.
• 11.1.3 After clear instructions on consent withdrawal and identity verification, we will process the request.
• 11.1.4 Withdrawal of consent may lead to certain legal consequences, including us being unable to continue providing Services.

The NETCO Application may request the following permissions on User's mobile device. Each permission is only used for the described purpose and Users can revoke any permission through device settings.

• Network Connection: Internet access for syncing order data, updating shipping status, searching information and connecting to systems.
• Camera: Scan barcodes, QR codes; take photos of documents; record videos; change avatar.
• Storage: Save photos, downloaded documents; read necessary files; play audio guides.
• Micro: Record notes; voice search; make VoIP calls.
• Location: Display location on map; find nearest post offices; update delivery routes.
• Bluetooth: Connect thermal printers for delivery receipts, shipping labels.
• Notifications: Send new order notifications, status updates, task reminders.
• Fingerprint: Quick fingerprint login. Data is securely stored on device.
• Phone: Make direct calls to customers; read call status.
• Call History: Only when setting App as default dialer. Record call duration and status.

14.2. On iOS Devices:

• Camera: Scan barcodes, QR codes; take photos of documents; record videos; change avatar.
• Micro: Record notes; voice search; VoIP calls.
• Photo Library: Select photos for avatar; save photos and videos from App.
• Location: Display location on map; find nearest post offices; update routes.
• Bluetooth: Connect thermal printers and peripherals.
• Face ID: Quick login. Data processed on device.
• Local Network: Play video from surveillance cameras on local network.
• Audio / Speech Recognition: Play content; speech recognition for search feature.
